CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

 

We, ASLAN YAPI VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("ASLAN YAPI" or "Company"), as the data controller, process your personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK" or "Law") and the relevant legislation, and at the same time, we make every effort to protect the data we process by taking the technical and administrative measures specified in the KVKK, the secondary legislation enacted under the KVKK, the binding decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board and other legislation.

 

With this text, as the data supervisor, we fulfill the disclosure obligation specified in Article 10 of the KVKK and thus, we aim to inform you, our visitors, in detail about the processing processes of your personal data that we have processed specific to the activities you perform through the website ("Website") under the management of ASLAN YAPI, accessed via "http://www.aslan-yapi.com.tr".

Your personal data is collected ASLAN YAPI based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the KVKK; it is clearly stipulated in the laws; it is mandatory for ASLAN YAPI to process personal data in order for ASLAN YAPI to fulfill its legal obligation; data processing is mandatory for establishment, exercise or protection of a right; personal data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of ASLAN YAPI, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedom of the person concerned.

 

3. THOSE TO WHOM WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND THE PURPOSE OF TRANSFER

 

Your personal data can be transferred;

 

1. To the organizations and business partners we are affiliated with in order to fulfill legal and contractual obligations for the management of the Company, the conduct of business, the implementation of Company policies, the provision of services

4. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

 

Regarding your personal data, you are entitled;

3. To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately,

6. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK
7. To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
8. To object to the occurrence of an unfavorable consequence against you caused by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
9. To demand compensation for your loss, if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data. 

 

In accordance with the "Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures of Application to the Data Controller", you may send your requests within the scope of your specified rights, in person or through a notary public in writing, or via a registered e-mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or your e-mail address which was previously notified to the Company and registered in the system of the Company.
