A Unique Center for Children with Special Needs

Established by the M. İhsan Arslan Foundation, the Halise Arslan Special Education and Rehabilitation Center provides individualised support for children with mental, physical and hearing disabilities or pervasive developmental disorders (autism), specific learning difficulties, and language and speech disorders. 

At the center, programs that support children’s physical, mental, and emotional development are planned with a holistic approach. The rehabilitation process is not limited to the individual’s education; it focuses on developing the child’s independent living skills, ensuring their integration into society, and improving their quality of life. 

Integrated Education and Rehabilitation

This center is located on the same campus as Halise Arslan Special Education School and Physical Therapy Center. Thanks to this model, which is being implemented for the first time in Turkey, children can transition to special education and rehabilitation services after school without any time or space constraints. This provides children with a continuous, multifaceted and sustainable environment for development.
