With advanced security solutions such as security cameras, access control systems, armoured structural elements and hidden facilities, areas such as training areas, simulation areas and operation centres where personnel can perform their daily operations in the most efficient way and meet their training needs are designed by MDS according to specific needs.

Within the scope of the project, which was successfully completed as a turnkey project for the Qatar Emiri Special Forces Command, the facility, which is equipped with state-of-the-art technological systems on an area of approximately 130,000 square metres, including an indoor shooting range, laser shooting training simulators, helicopter accident and destruction simulator, multi-purpose training centre, laser shooting residential training area, bomb training areas and ship simulation operation training systems, was delivered ready for use.
In addition to the administration building and weapon ammunition depots that enable the centralisation of facility management, facility security and training command controls, an indoor sports hall, a pentathlon training area enriched with special forces requirements and in accordance with international racing standards, a harbour for zodiac boats, a soldier dormitory for 200 people, an officer dormitory for 50 people, an employee dormitory for 50 people and a cafeteria building suitable for all capacities were built to meet the needs of students receiving training in the facility and instructors. Equipped with a state-of-the-art data centre and all-round security systems, the facility is actively used by the Qatar Special Forces Command.

Through the Central Data Management and Integrated Maintenance Systems designed within the scope of the project, an uninterrupted workflow is ensured in the facility and all processes, including security, are monitored by the End User, while maximum benefit is obtained from the operations with Lifecycle Management systems.
The sections of the facility currently in active use consist of the Light and Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Workshop, Body Repair, Battery and Generator Workshops, Electrical Workshops, Construction Equipment Workshops, Central Distribution Centre, Multi-Purpose Workshops, Spare Parts and General-Purpose Warehouses, Manual Painting System and Weapons Maintenance and Repair Centre.
